Our Half marathon to 50k plan gives you the structure and consistency to safely build mileage towards your 50k event. The plan  builds your physical fitness and helps you build your mental resilience. It will also guide you in making informed equipment choices to help ensure your kit is prepared, comfortable and works for you, not against you, throughout the event.
